List of Ingredients
1-1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
1 TB sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp guar gum 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg whiteRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
Add dry ingredients to bowl, then make a well into the middle of the dry ingredients and add the liquid ingredients. Stir and mix until you have a ball of dough, it will be somewhat soft, pat out to desired thickness and cut biscuits and put into pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until nicely browned.
