    This is a good bread to have around, you can use it so many ways.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup brown rice flour
    1/2 cup corn starch
    2 TB sugar
    2 tsp xanthan gum
    1/8 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup water
    1 tsp cider vinegar
    2 TB canola
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Mix all dry ingredients in medium size bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Grease two 8 inch square pans and dust with brown rice flour. spread half of batter evenly into each pan. Use the back of a wet spoon if the dough is sticky. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until bread pulls away from sides of pans.
