This is a good sub for biscuits and I am a Southerner so if I liked them I think you will too.
List of Ingredients
2-1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
6 TB cold butter
1 cup buttermilk or kefir
rice flour for rolling out doughRecipe
preheat oven to 450. Grease a baking sheet. Mix the dry ingredients and cut butter into flour with pastry cutter. Stir in buttermilk. Roll out dough and cut like regular biscuits and bake 12 minutes.
