    2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
    1 stick butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup rice flour
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 TB espresso coffee ground
    1/2 cup walnut pieces

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 Grease baking pan or line with with parchment paper. Roughly chop chocolate and butter and place into a double boiler to melt.
    When the chocolate and butter is melted, remove from heat. Stir in the sugar, beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla gently. Add the coffee and walnuts. Pour the mixture into baking pan and bake in the middle of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before cutting.
    (it is better to slightly under cook these brownies rather than over cook them. Take them out of the oven when they are barely set in the middle. test this by putting a knife into the middle. If it comes out with a little bit of goo on it they are done. If it comes out completely covered in goo they need a few more minutes.
