1 cup butter softened
1-1/4 cups agave nectar
2 eggs
1 TB vanilla
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
1 cup raisinsRecipe
Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and flatten each cookie. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes 2 dozens.
