Pumpkin Molasses Bread Gluten Free

1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup rice flour
1-3/4 Tablespoon soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp cloves
1 cup canola oil
1 cup molasses
3/4 cup agave nectar
1-3/4 cup pumpkin , or squash, or sweet potato
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup ;chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisinsRecipe
Preheat oven to 375. Mix the flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl. Beat with mixer, oil, molasses, agave, pumpkin, and vanilla. On low speed add the flour mixture and mix well 2 or 3 minutes. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Line the bottom of two 8-1/2x1/2 inch loaf pans or one 10 inch cake pan with parchment paper, or grease and dust with rice flour. Pour in batter. Bake for 50 minutes or until tooth pick test is done. Cool for 1 hour before serving.
