This is wonderful to make and eat instead of potato chips. I love potato chips and they are my favorite food but they are no so healthy. Give the Kale chips a try.
List of Ingredients
2 cups fresh Kale leaves

Preheat oven to 425. Tear the kale leaves into pieces like a potato chip. Place them on a baking sheet that was sprayed with Pam. Spritz with olive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake until crispy about 5 to 8 minutes. 64 calories for the whole lot and 1 gram of fat.
