List of Ingredients
5 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp Ferngeek seeds
1 Lg bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp turmericRecipe
Grind all of the above except turmeric in a coffee grinder then add the turmeric. Eat with every meal. Good for digestion and other things.
