Found this somewhere but it really makes good steaks, before this recipe I could never get this cut of meat tender but use this recipe and it will melt in your mouth.
List of Ingredients
1-4 ounce cube steak per person
1 large onion sliced
1 can beef stock
Worcestershire sauce
2 TB butter
flour
salt and pepper
Recipe
Place steaks in a large Ziploc baggie, cover with Worcestershire, and marinate. After 1 hour, put a cup of flour in another Ziploc baggie and transfer the steaks from the marinade to the flour. Squeeze the bag to coat the steaks well with flour. Heat a large skillet and add the butter. When butter is melted, do salt and pepper both sides of the steaks and add them to the skillet. Brown both sides and then add the sliced onions and continue cooking until the onions are transparent. Now add the beef stock. When the stock begins to boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and continue to cook for about 1 hour. this recipe makes its own gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes. IF YOU PREFER YOU CAN PRESSURE COOK THIS FOR 10 MINUTES.
