A friend, Kathy, brought this pie to a church dinner and I thought it was delicious.
List of Ingredients
1 package small instant coconut cream pie filling
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup cool whip
1/2 bag of coconut
2 tablespoons melted margarineMix the instant pudding with the 1 and 1/2 cups milk and mix as directions say on the box. Add the cool whip and mix and refrigerate. For the crust, mix the coconut and the margarine and press into a glass pie plate. Bake the curst until a little brown and cool. Add the pie mixture and you can toast coconut in a dry pan for garnish.
