Recipe Introduction

This pie is easy and very good. I make this pie almost every Christmas. My brother always request this dessert and I try to make sure he gets his wish.

List of Ingredients

2 Graham cracker pie shells
1 can Eagle brand milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 small can mandarin oranges drained and chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1- 16 ounce can of peaches, drained and chopped
1 large container of cool whip
1 can of coconut
Empty milk into large bowl. Stir in lemon juice. Add fruits, coconut, and cool whip, stir well. Pour into crusts and refrigerate. This recipe makes two pies.
