Recipe Introduction

You will be a hit if you make this treat and take it to pot luck dinners. It is easy and very good.

List of Ingredients

1- (9 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2/3 cup strawberry preserves
1 tablespoon water
1 envelop whippped topping
4 Kiwi peeled and sliced
1 pint small strawberries, slicedPrepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into a greased and floured 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Mix preserves and water in a small saucepan; heat until preserves melt; cool. Set aside and prepare the whipped topping according to package directions. Spread the topping over the cake and top with preserves. Arrange fruit over preserves.
