    Hot Fudge Sauce for Ice Cream

    Recipe Introduction

    This will make you smack your lips when you laddle this rich thick velvet sauce onto your ice cream.

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 tablespoon light corn syrup
    4 one ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    In a 2 quart pot, add the sugar, heavy cream, margarine, light corn syrup, and chocolate and cook on high 4 minutes. Stir until smooth and cook 4 to 5 minutes until thickened. Add the vanilla, stirring until smooth and glossy. Serve warm over ice cream.
