    Pierogy Wonton Soup

    Recipe Introduction

    Carla and I loved this soup and made it often in the winter time.

    List of Ingredients

    1 TB oil
    2-1/2 cups choy cabbage cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1/2 cup carrots cut into sticks
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp ginger
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1/4 cup radishes sliced
    1 pkg Mrs. T's Potato and Cheddar Cheese or Potato and onion Pierogies.

    Recipe

    In large pan heat oil over medium heat. Add bok Choy or use fresh Spinach. Add carrots, grlic, ginger and cook until vegetables are tender about 1 minute. Add chicken broth and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Add the pierogies and cook until heated through 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in radishes.
