I love this soup and it was a favorite of Carla's


List of Ingredients




2 TB butter
2 TB ginger
3 stalks of chopped celery
1 large onion chopped
1 TB curry
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes cut into cubes
6 cups of chicken broth
1/2 tsp thyme
1 small bay leaf
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup greens


Recipe



Melt butter and add next 3 ingredients, then spices and cook 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients and cook until done.
