List of Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
salt to taste
SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:
1/4 cup rolled oats
chopped pecans
chopped walnuts
sliced almonds
pumpkin seeds
raspberries
blackberries
strawberries
cream, mil, or soymilk
cinnamon

Place quinoa in a fine mesh strainer, place under running water and rinse until the water runs clear. Drain well and place in 1-1/2 quart saucepan.
Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil
Cover and simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes until the water is absorbed and the quinoa is fluffy. Spoon into a cereal bowl and top with desired toppings and add milk and drizzle with honey. Serve warm
