    This should be called Better Than Sex Hot Chocolate

    List of Ingredients




    2-1/2 lbs high quality milk chocolate, finely chopped
    12 ounces (2-1/2 cups) high quality bittersweet chocolate finely chopped (64 to 65 % cacao
    pinch of salt

    Recipe



    Mix all together and put into a sealded container. To make: In a small saucepan bring 1/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup whipping cream to just boiling over medium high heat. Remove pan and add 1/2 cup of Master Mix to hot milk mixture and let stand 5 minutes, do not stir. Whisk until smooth and add whip cream.
