Bacon + Tomato Appetizers
8 slices bacon
1 medium chopped tomato
1 small chopped onion
3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried basil
10 refrigerator biscuits, cut in 1/4's
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin
pan. Form a crust in each muffin well with cut biscuits.
Fry bacon and drain on paper towels, then crumble
and add to remaining ingredients.
Fill each muffin with 1 to 2 teaspoons of filling.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
