Buffalo Chicken Dip
3/4 cup celery (minced fine)
16 oz cream cheese
5 oz red hot sauce
2 big cans of chicken (drained)
1 cup ranch dressing
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix celery, cream cheese, and hot sauce in a medium saucepan on low heat.
Add chicken. Take off heat; add ranch dressing.
Pour into 2 pie pans, quiche pan or brownie pan. Top with shredded cheddar
cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Great with nacho chips or crackers.
