Cheddar Cream Cheese Ball

1 lb. cream cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. copped green pepper
1 tsp. finely minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
dash of salt
dried chivesRecipe
Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until soft and smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and blend well. Chill.
Shape into desired size and roll in the chives.
Makes one 1 1/2 lb. cheeseball or four 6oz. cheeseballs.
*Variations: Use Bleu cheese instead of Cheddar cheese.
Add either sherry, red wine or brandy as a flavoring.
Add olives instead of green vegetables.
