    Cheese Chip, microwave

    Cheese Chip, microwave

    Place one slice of Swiss cheese on a glass dish coated
    with vegetable spray. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high
    (microwaves vary, so you may have to experiment with time).
    Remove from microwave and blot ALL the fat lying on top
    of the cheese. Scrape cheese off dish immediately.
    Delicious. It's like a cheese potato chip.
