Chili Chicken Cheese Bread
1 loaf French bread
1/2 pound butter, softened
1 pound grated Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses
2 can(s) Chunk white chicken
8 ounces chunky red medium/hot salsa
Slice fresh French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
Place on a baking sheet.
Grate cheeses together, shred the chicken, and mix together with butter and salsa.
Spread very chunky mixture on top/cut sides of the bread.
Bake 350 degrees until cheese has melted.
Serve hot and bubbly, sliced about 2 inches wide on a wooden cutting board.
Makes 12 servings.
