    Deviled Ham Cream Puffs

    List of Ingredients




    for the puffs:
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup flour
    4 eggs

    for the filling:
    4 1/2 ounces deviled ham
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 teaspoons chopped onion
    2 teaspoons horseradish
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    for the puffs:
    Mix the water and butter in a saucepan.
    Heat to rolling boil.
    Quickly stir in the flour. Beat for 1 minute. Remove.
    Beat the eggs in until smooth.
    Put in freezer 4 hours.
    Bake at 400, on an ungreased baking sheet for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and fill before serving.

    for the filling:
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Fill big cream puffs with 1/4 cup.
    Fill hors d'oeuvres size with a rounded teaspoonful.
