French Dip in Bread

French Dip in Bread
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
2 packages Thinly sliced ham luncheon meat, chopped
1, 8 ounce jar grated Parmesan cheese
1 small can green chilies chopped (optional)
1 loaf French bread
Cut out top of French bread and hollow out the bread.
May save for dipping.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients except save 1/2
of Parmesan cheese for top.
Pour mixture into bread.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Wrap foil around bottom and sides, leaving top uncovered.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
