    1 lb. sliced ham
    1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    drops milk
    1 grated red onion

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese and just enough milk together to make spreading consistency, but not too thin.
    Spread the cream cheese mix on individual slices of ham.
    Sprinkle onion over cheese.
    Roll the ham slices and place in refrigerator for several hours.
    Slice into 1/4" slices and arrange on serving tray.
