1 pkg (10-12 count) of large flour tortillas
2-8oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tblsps green onion, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
5 oz (about 24 slices) cooked, thinly sliced ham
While preparing other ingredients, let tortillias set out to warm to room
temperature. Combine all ingredients except for the ham and tortillas.
Spread a thin layer of mixture on the tortillas. Arrange two slices of ham
over cheese mixture. Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap individually in plastic
wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into
3/4 inch slices.
