    Ham Tortilla Pinwheels

    large flour tortilla (plain or flavored
    softened cream cheese
    thinly sliced ham
    dill "stacker" type pickles, cut into strips

    Recipe



    Soften the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds.
    Spread cream cheese on tortilla. Leave about 1/4 around the edge.
    Starting at the edge of the tortilla nearest to your body, start placing
    a thin layer of ham. Stop placing ham when it gets to about 1 inch
    from the edge of the tortilla farthest from your body.
    At the edge nearest your body, place a line of pickle strips about 1inch
    away from the edge.
    Fold the tortilla, so the pickle strip is on the inside edge.
    Begin rolling the tortilla tightly.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    After chilling, slice the tortilla into 1/2 inch slices.
    Discard the end slices and place the pinwheels on a serving tray.
