    Recipe Introduction

    from cilla
    Cilla's comments:
These may be made in a hoagie roll for a meal, but we love these in "snack"
    size.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound ground pork
    1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup your favorite spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    1 cup Ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup + 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, separated
1/2 cup + 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, separated
10 to 15 small hard rolls, depending on the size

Mix the meats together and brown. Then drain.
Add the spaghetti sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    Let heat through.
Cut the tops from the rolls.
Hollow out, leaving approximately a 1/4 inch thick shell.
Fill the empty rolls with the meat. Set aside.
Mix the Ricotta, Parmesan, 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella and 1/2 cup
    of the Cheddar cheeses together.
Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with the cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes.
Mix the remaining Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses together.
Sprinkle over the top and bake for another 3 - 5 minutes or until the
    cheese on top melts.

    Note:
These may also be made ahead of time, frozen then reheated.
