    Pickle + Ham RollUps

    Pickle + Ham RollUps

    5 slices cooked ham (corned beef also works)
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    5 dill pickle spears

    Lay the ham slices flat on a serving plate and pat dry.
    Spread with cream cheese.
    Place a pickle spear at one end of each slice.
    Roll the slices up around the spears.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    May secure with a toothpick on each end and
    cut in 2 if you want to make a smaller portions.
