List of Ingredients
12 tomatoes, sliced across middle into halves
6 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, (6oz.)
1 tbsp. dried parsleyRecipe
Heat oven to 450.
Place tomatoes, cut side up, into 13x9x2" pan.
Top each tomato with 1/4 c. of the mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp. of the cheese and then the parsley.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 24 servings.
