Salami Pinwheel Appetizers

1 tortilla (any color you like)
Mayonnaise
4 slices salami
2-4 slices of provolone
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 to 4 very thinly sliced tomatoes
Few slices of roasted sweet red peppers (optional)
Oil and red vinegar

Place tortilla on flat surface and spread with
mayonnaise. Layer salami, provolone, lettuce,
tomatoes and the roasted peppers on top.
Sprinkle with oil and vinegar. Roll up like a log.
Slice about 6 times, crosswise, into pinwheels,
or less slices if you want them thicker.
Wrap and pack.
