    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb. smoked salmon, picked over, skin off
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. dried dill
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 tbsp. chives
    1/3 c. plain yogurt
    1 lb. assorted crackers

    Recipe



    Combine fish, butter, lemon juice, dill, pepper, chives and yogurt in a blender or food processor.
    Mix to a smooth puree.
    Cover and chill for 2 - 24 hours.
    Serve with crackers, slightly chilled or at room temperature.
    Makes 6 servings.
