Spinach Appetizer Squares
1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach,
...thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 pound Monterey Jack or Munster Cheese,
...cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cut melted butter, (1 stick)
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 level teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease
an 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into
the baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into
squares to serve.
May be doubled and made in a 9x13x2 inch pan.
