Tiny Corn Fritters

List of Ingredients
1 17oz. can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. grated onion
salt and pepperRecipe
Mix all ingredients the day before cooking so crumbs will absorb moisture.
Drop from a teaspoon into hot fat and fry until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
May be kept in a warm oven or a crockpot/slow cooker on low for refills during a party.
Serves 6.
