    Caramel Corn

    Weis light brown sugar bag

    List of Ingredients

    Caramel Corn

    1 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1/4 cup light corn syrup
    dash salt
    1/2 level teaspoon baking soda
    3 quarts popped corn

    Place popcorn in a foil lined jelly pan. Preheat
    oven to 200 degress F. Combine sugar, butter, syrup
    and salt in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and
    boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add baking
    soda and stir. Quickly pour caramel sauce over
    popcorn in pan. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every
    15 minutes. Store in sealed bags or tins.
