Elbow Ham + Cheese Salad (6)
4 cups (16 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
...to package directions, drain and rinse w/cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup sliced green onion
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cups (about 3/4 pound) cooked ham, cut into strips
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, salad dressing,
green onion and mustard.
Gently stir in pasta, ham, cheese and parsley.
Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
