Noodles Alfredo

from back of Weis extra wide egg noodle package
Noodles Alfredo
12 cups (16 ounces) Weis extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened (1 stick)
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
Add butter, whipping cream, cheese, parsley; toss
until noodles are well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
