    Our fudge is the perfect combination of chocolate, marshmallow and peanut
    butter. Yum!

    Peanut Butter Fudge, from Jif

    1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
    1 cup marshmallow creme
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1/3 cup Reduced Fat JIF® Creamy Peanut Spread
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Butter an 8-inch square pan.
    Combine sugar, marshmallow crème, milk, Reduced Fat JIF® Creamy
    Peanut Spread and salt in a large saucepan. Stir constantly on low heat
    until blended and mixture comes to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate. Stir until well blended.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour into the buttered pan.
    Cool. Cut into candy-sized pieces.
    Store in a covered container.
    Makes about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of candy.
