    1 medium size head of cabbage
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1 ice cube
    foil

    Place clean head of cabbage on foil large enough to go
    around head.
    Place ice cube on top of cabbage and seal foil around head.
    Place on grill or hot coals for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Cabbage will be tender and amazingly delicious!
