grilled - Cowboy Burger
ground beef patties
seasoned as wish
not thin, not thick onion slice for each burger
2/3 slices green peppers for each burger
a slice of sharp Cheddar or Swiss cheese for each burger
...(Pepper Jack sounds good to me!!)
condiments of choice (beer mustard and horseradish)
Season patties as desired.
Grill or fry as many patties as needed.
Grill or fry together the onion slices and peppers.
When the burgers are almost done place a slice of
cheese of choice on the top and toast the buns.
Place cheeseburgers, onions and peppers onto buns.
Add condiments and eat up!
