grilled - Portobello Mushrooms

Use these mushrooms in sandwiches, as side dishes or just plain. I didn’t
use any butter or oil on them, but you could add it if you like the flavor.
grilled - Portobello Mushrooms
For each serving allow:
1 medium/large portobello mushroom
Preheat the grill to high.
Wipe the mushrooms clean and remove the stems.
Place the mushrooms on the grill, close the lid and cook
until the mushrooms are done all the way through.
This takes a surprisingly long time, 10 to 15 minutes, depending
on the thickness of the mushrooms.
Serve the mushrooms warm or at room temperature.
