grilled - Spicy Barbequed Lamb Chops
1 pound lamb forequarter chops
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon packed brown vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
2 Tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)
Trim chops if necessary.
Mix remaining ingredients in a jug/bowl.
Baste both sides of the chops and leave to marinate for at least
20 minutes (or until ready to cook).
Sear chops on each side on grill/barbecue.
Brush with glaze as you turn them.
Turn and baste frequently during cooking.
Serve with your favorite pasta and potato salads.
Makes 6 servings.
Prep time: 10 minutess.
Coooking Time: 30 minutes.
