    This grilled ham recipe uses a boneless pork leg instead of a precooked ham.

    grilled/fresh - Rotisserie Chili Glazed Ham

    1, 4-5 pound boneless fresh ham, or pork leg
    1 cup chili sauce
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon dry mustard

    Heat grill on medium-low heat.
    Place ham on rotisserie.
    Create a foil drip pan underneath ham.
    Cover and grill ham for 2 hours or until internal temperature
    reaches between 155-165 degrees F.
    While ham is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small
    bowl. Baste ham with mixture frequently during the last hour of
    grilling.
    Remove ham from grill and rotiserrie and let sit for 15 minutes
    before carving.
