Dried Chipped - Beef Spread, hot
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
1 jar (2.5 ounces) dried beef, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix cream cheese well with dried beef, green and red peppers,
nion, and black pepper.
Fold in sour cream.
Spoon into casserole dish.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers or little finger breads.
Serves 8 to 10.
