    ground - Meatloaf #_17, Hungarian w/sauerkraut

    2 c. cooked rice
    pound ground beef
    1 egg
    1 onion (medium size)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 pinch of salt and pepper
    4 ounce can sauerkraut, rinsed
    1 tbsp. parsley
    1 c. sour cream
    additional paprika

    Mix together well, in a large bowl, rice, meat, egg, onion, paprika,
    salt, and pepper.
    Place into a greased loaf pan.
    Spread sauerkraut on top of meat mixture.
    Spread layer of sour cream over entire loaf.
    Top with parsley and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
