ground - Skid Row Beef Sauce w/Noodles
8 ounces uncooked wide noodle pasta
1 beef bouillon cube
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
1 pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
2 small jars roasted red peppers or mushrooms, sliced
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
parsley, chopped
Cook pasta al dente to package directions, only add the
bouillon cube into the water before bringing to a boil.
Brown the garlic, onion and crumbled beef in the oil.
Add the flour, salt, ground pepper, paprika and sliced
peppers/mushrooms. Stir and let cook 5 minutes.
Drain pasta and set aside to keep warm.
Add the soup and simmer; cooking on low, under boiling
point, for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, keeping the heat low so it won't
curdle and let heat through.
Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle parsley on top.
