    4 cube steaks
    2 eggs, whipped
    2 cups potato flakes
    1 cup Parmesan cheese – divided in 1/2
    1 1/2 cuips tomato sauce
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

    Mix potato flakes and 1/2 the Parmesan cheese together.
    Dip cube steaks in the eggs.
    Then dip into potato/cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pan fry until browned.
    Place in a 9 x 12 x 2 baking dish.
    Pour tomato sauce over top.
    Then sprinkle with the mushrooms, garlic and the rest
    of the Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
