cubes - Hungarian Goulash, easy
1 to 2 pounds beef steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 large chopped sweet onion
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 to 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon ground paprika, or 2, to your taste
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
cooked egg noodles
extra light Olive oil
Brown the beef along with the onion in a bit oil.
Add the remaining ingredients except for the egg noodles.
Simmer for 1 hr 30 minutes (as you would a stew)m until
the meat is tender.
Serve over egg noodles.
Can sprinkle with either grated cheese or seseme seeds.
