ground - Baked Salisbury Steaks
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. diced onions
1/3 c. water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
You will need a shallow 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
Using 1/4 c. of the soup, mix all the ingredients, except the water together.
Shape into whatever size patties you want. Place into the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Skim off the fat.
Combine the remaining soup and water together and pour over top of patties.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
