ground - Beef Chow Mein
3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1, 10 3/4 ounce can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 can chow mein vegetables
chow mein noodles
rice
Cook meat and onions until brown.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, soup and water.
Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add chow mein vegetables and heat thoroughly.
Serve over chow mein noodles and rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
